Rich buttercream with blueberries. (Father’s Day 2006 Mail Order Catalog)

Strong blueberry and cream flavor, more like an ice cream than a truffle, with bits of fruit. We preferred the subtle approach See's takes with its raspberry-chocolate filling. This one falls short of our truffle ideal.
